Lurene Bozeman age 85 of Guin, AL passed away Friday, June 5, 2020 in the North Mississippi Hamilton Nursing Home.
Born September 10, 1934 in Fayette County, AL, she is the Daughter of the late Luther and Helen Whitehead Norris and the Wife of the late Morgan “Buggs” Bozeman. She had lived in the Pea Ridge Community most of her life, had worked for Health Tex, Munsingwear, and Reltoc and was a Cook at Sunset Manor Nursing Home. She was a member of the Liberty Free Will Baptist Church.
She is survived by a Daughter, Wanda (Maxwell) Aldridge of Winfield, AL, A Son, Jimmy (Karen) Bozeman of Guin, AL, 3 Grandchildren, Keith Bozeman, Renee Jones, and Melissa Johnson, 7 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Granddaughter, and a Sister, Lucille Prescott (Eugene) of Winfield, AL.
She was preceded in death by her Husband, Morgan “Buggs” Bozeman and 6 Brothers and Sisters.
Services held Sunday, June 7, 2020 at 3:00 PM from the Liberty Free Will Baptist Church with burial in the adjoining cemetery. Bro. Larry Harkness and Bro. Greg Rucker officiating.
