He was the father to Winston Co. Commission Chairman, Roger Hayes of Haleyville, AL.
His visitation will be on Monday June 2, 2014 from 6:00PM – 9:00PM at Moss Service Funeral Home in Cullman, AL., with his funeral on Tuesday at 2:00PM at Moss Service Funeral Home, burial to follow at Bethlehem West Baptist Church Cemetery (Hwy 157 in Cullman, AL.)
