The family of Luis Alfonso Rodriguez, age 55, of Hartselle, will host a memorial service at a later date. Shelton Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
Mr. Rodriguez, who died Wednesday, November 18, 2020, at Decatur Morgan Hospital, was born December 21, 1964, in El Paso, TX, to Florencio Rodriguez and Alicia Ruiz Rodriguez. He was preceded in death by his parents. Mr. Rodriguez was a residential and commercial carpenter.
He is survived by his wife, Demetra Holland Rodriguez of Hartselle; two daughters, Shalene Rodriguez of Richmond, VA and Montana Holland Rodriguez of Decatur; five brothers, Joe Rodriguez, Florencio Rodriguez, Manny Rodriguez, Eduardo Rodriguez, and Ernesto Rodriguez, all of El Paso, TX; two sisters, Veronica Johnson and Rosa Rodriguez of El Paso, TX; one nephew, Victor Adrian of El Paso, TX; and two step-grandchildren, Bentley Krohe and Asher Alred, both of Hartselle.
