Lucy G. Gainer, 91, of Madison, passed away Tuesday. Mrs. Gainer retired from BellSouth after 34 years of service and was preceded in death by her husband, John E. Gainer, Sr.
Survivors include four children: Gail Putman (Wayne), Pamela McLeroy, Frances S. Gainer, and John “Jay” Gainer (Bonita); eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Graveside memorial service will be held Saturday, May 13th at 1:00 p.m. with Bro. Alan Weber officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. Berryhill Funeral Home is assisting the family.
