Lucy Elizabeth Curtis – Obituary

Lucy Elizabeth Curtis, 63, of Huntsville, peacefully passed from this life to eternal life on Wednesday, September 26, at Huntsville Hospital. She was born November 18, 1954 at Parks Air Force Base in Pleasantville, California and moved to Huntsville at an early age with her military family.

Lucy was preceded in death by her mother and father, Frances Davis Curtis and John Allen ‘Jack’ Curtis, and brothers Jack Davis Curtis and Scott William Curtis. She is survived by her half-sister, Sally Curtis AsKew of Athens, Georgia, loving nieces and nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

Lucy was a faithful follower of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Funeral services will be held Friday, September 28, at 10 a.m. at Laughlin Service Funeral Home (no visitation) with burial to follow at Huntsville Memory Gardens. Pastor Roger Crowder will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, friends are invited to donate to Manna House where she volunteered for many years.
