Ms. Lucy Ann Haas, age 80, died Monday morning, April 14,, 2025 at North MS Medical Center following an extended illness. She was born January 2, 1945 in Plano, Illinois where she grew up and attended high school. She was a factory worker employed by a parts supply manufacturing company making parts for stoves. She continued to study, taking college courses during her adult life. She enjoyed watching “Little House on the Prairie” and “Reba”. She was talented with her hands making quilts and crocheting, and enjoyed working puzzles.

Lucy is survived by two daughters, Tina Haas Johns of Mooreville, MS and Tascha Cull of Peoria, Illinois; her brother, Roger Haas (Debbie)of Dorsey; two sisters Sandra Crumpton of Mooreville and Rita Lindholm of Haysville, Kansas; eight grandchildren Leticia Guzman, Juana Guzman, Donavon Guzman, Timothy Coleman, Skyeler Haas, Devin Haas, Alexia Haas and Erica Cull and twenty one great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Merrill Haas and Ruth Griffin Haas and two brothers Kenneth Haas and Preacher Preacher.

There will be a private memorial service for the family to be announced at a later date. Holland Funeral Directors – Tupelo is honored to serve the family.
