Lucille Lou McFall, age 67, of Summertown, TN passed away Monday, November 30, 2015 at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN. She was a native of Toledo, OH, and retired from the dietary department at Crockett Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Alice Boprey Lewis; one son, Gregory Thompson; one grandson, Adam Kobeck; one sister, Margaret Clouse; and two brothers, Henry Lewis, Jr. and Wilbey Lewis.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, December 02, 2015 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 3:00 PM Thursday, December 03, 2015, with Barry Sells officiating.
