Loyd Ray (Buddy) Phillips left this life on March 28, 2015 to go home with The Lord.. He was born Sept. 10, 1934.. Buddy was retired from S & M in Muscle Shoals.. He also loved to farm.. Buddy was a member of the Church of Christ..
Buddy was the son of the late Arthur Lee & Audie Evelyn Phillips..
He was also preceided in death by wife Peggy, one son Ricky Phillips, brother Grady Carlton Phillips, brother Jesse (Nig) & his wife Hazel Phillips, sister Kathryn & her husband Elvis Wilson, nephew Charles Wilson..
Survivors include: Daughters: Mandy Moore (Nick), Chasity Gooch (Jim) of Saint Joseph, Sandi Grigsby (Jeff) of Greenhill. Sons: Little Bob (Nikki) Phillips, Dennis (Millie), of Greenhill.. Keith ( Jaime) Phillips of Idaho & Jamie Phillips of Huntsville, AL.. Brother Bill (Oma) Phillips & Raymond (Brenda) Phillips of Greenhill, AL.. Several grandchildren & great-grandchildren & nieces & nephews also survive.. Special friend Jeannie Odem of Saint Joseph… Visitation will be Sunday from 1-1:30 at Greenhill Funeral Home… Graveside service will follow at 2pm at the Saint Joseph Methodist Cemetery in Saint Joseph, TN… A special thank you to the entire staff at Lauderdale Christian Nursing Home for the wonderful care shown during his stay there… Greenhill Funeral Home in charge of all arrangements…
