  Louise Ratliff Profile Photo Louise Ratliff was born on January 19, 1927 in Pikeville, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Kenus Franklin and Dolly Francisco Bowling.

On December 22, 1956, she was united in marriage to Blake Ratliff, who preceded his wife in death on February 18, 2017.

Louise loved to chit chat with her friends. She loved homemaking and could often be found gardening and canning green beans, pickles, peas, and tomatoes. Mrs. Ratliff was a member of First Baptist Church in Adamsville, Tennessee. She was a devout Christian and loved to read her Bible. Louise was the matriarch of her family and the glue that held them together. She will be dearly missed.

Louise Ratliff departed this life on July 1, 2026 in Adamsville, Tennessee, at the age of 99 years, 5 months, and 12 days.

She is survived by her grandchildren, Melissa Baxter (Darren) of Clarksville, Tennessee and Greg Blair (Lisa) of Foley, Alabama; great grandchildren, Gavin Baxter (Madalynne) of Clinton, Mississippi, Morgan Baxter (Chris Bagatini) of Clarksville, Tennessee, Coleman Blair of Foley, Alabama, Reid Blair of Foley, Alabama, Lauren Stevens (Rocky) of Camden, Tennessee, and Trevor Blair (Keisha) of Parsons, Tennessee; great great grandchildren, Caiden Blair, Harper Blair, Nolan Stevens, Olivia Stevens, and Madelynn Stevens; and son in law, Billy Phillips.

In addition to her parents and husband, Louise was preceded in death by her daughters, Evelyn Kaye Maness and Carolyn Blair Phillips; son, Larry Marvin Blair; and siblings, Foster, Fon, Nell, Kerm, Eddison, Russ, Sue, Bob, Nan, and Sally.
