Louise Mason, of Georgia Mountain Community, passed away on September 21, 2026, at the age of 88.
She will be lovingly remembered by her family and friends.
She was the daughter of James and Icle Tinsley.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Mason; her sister, Claircy Douglas; and her brother,
Wayne Tinsley. She is survived by her brother, James Tinsley; her children, Edwin Mason (Vikki),
Mary Payne (Michael), Rick Mason (Katrina), and Andy Mason (Charlene), as well as her
10 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Louise treasured spending time with her family. She also enjoyed working with flowers, cooking,
and watching hallmark movies and tending her garden.
She was a member of Mount Carmel Baptist Church.
A ceremony will be held on September 23, 2026, at Guntersville Memorial Chapel beginning at noon,
with the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery.
