Louise Elizabeth Keeler was born November 3, 1960, in Detroit, Michigan, to the late Rex Hugo Keeler and the late Helen Rose Hasten. Louise attended schools in Florida. She was of the Catholic faith and enjoyed reading the Bible and drawing.
