Lorraine Robertson Harbin, 86 of Arab, the Ruth Community, died Saturday January 13, 2018 at her residence.
Mrs. Harbin was born May 23, 1931 in Limestone County to Edward Robertson and Rena Belle Bradford Robertson. She worked for SCI in quality control until her retirement. She enjoyed fishing, crocheting, quilting and cooking.
Mrs. Harbin was a member of Truth Church.
She is survived by her children and in-laws: Jerry Edward Briscoe, Gary William Briscoe and Linda, Danny Paul Briscoe, Shirley Briscoe Goodno and Kevin and Kimberly Briscoe Ford and Greg; thirteen grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren and her sister and brother-in-law: Louise Saylor and Joe. She was preceded in death by her husband’s: William D. Briscoe, Guy R. Ford and Dalcom Harbin and her parents: Edward and Rena Belle Robertson and a sister: Catherine Light.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday January 17, 2018 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel with Brothers: Austin Ball and Gary W. Briscoe, officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Oak Ruth Cemetery with Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel, directing.
Pallbearers will be Dusty Briscoe, Jacob Briscoe, Pete Kritner Jr., James Carnell, Chris Greer and Derek Greer.
Visitation will be 12:00 p.m. -2:00 p.m. Wednesday January 17, 2018 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel, prior to the service.
