Lora Nell Hughes, age 78, of Cullman passed away Thursday Oct. 9, 2025, at Cullman Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Hughes was born on Feb. 2, 1947, in Morgan County, AL the daughter of Fred Edward Graves and Leona Delphina Pike Graves. She was married to James Howard Hughes who passed away on Nov. 19, 2011.
She is survived by her children: Faye Riley, James (Tammy) Wood and James Hughes; sister: Nora Rivers; brother: Alton (Doris) Graves; 5 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be Monday Oct. 13, 2025, at 2 PM at Gober Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in New Jerusalem Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 1- 2 PM at Gober Funeral Chapel.
