Lora Massey Gross, 93, of Killen, AL, passed away February 27, 2015, after a brief illness. She was a homemaker and a member of Lone Cedar Church of Christ.
Mrs. Gross was preceded in death by her parents Julius and Maudia Massey; husband David Gross; and brother Ernest Massey.
Visitation will be Sunday, March 1, 2015 from 5-8:00 P.M. at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Monday at 11:00 A.M. in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Tim Grigsby officiating. Burial will be in Lone Cedar Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Chad Thompson, Michael Simpson, Frank Canerday, Briar Putman, Kevin Grigsby, and Jeff Grigsby. Honorary pallbearers will be Milner (Sam) Clemons, Gerald (Pete) Clemons, Jim Grigsby, and Stephen (Pee Wee) Clemons.
The family would like to thank Greenhill Senior Citizens, members of Lone Cedar Church, and all the others in the community who helped Mrs. Gross over the years.
