Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 23, 2013, at the Union Chapel Missionary Baptist Church (315 Winchester Road, Huntsville, AL 35811) with Dr. O. Wendell Davis officiating. Interment will be in the Valhalla Memory Gardens. Mr. Blackburn will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral time.
A visitation with family and friends will be held from 7:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Monday, April 22, 2013, at the Royal Chapel of Memories.
