Funeral service for Lois Marie (Letson) Underwood, age 96, of Moulton, will be 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at Parkway Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jonathan Henderson officiating. Mrs. Underwood, who died Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at Decatur Health & Rehab, was born October 5, 1929, in Alabama to Ralph W. Letson and Kerri Mae Hale Letson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Underwood; daughters, Ann Story and Judy Underwood; parents; sisters, Doris Cross, Genean Columbo, and Jenette Gillespie; and one grandchild.
She is survived by her sons, Wilburn Underwood, Donald Underwood, and Jeff Underwood; daughters, Pat Wallace, Beverly Jackson, and Lucy Butler; 16 grandchildren; and host of extended family.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
