Lois Lucille “Dorton” Gautney, 93, of Sheffield, AL passed away November 30, 2020. A graveside service will be held in Colbert Memorial Gardens Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at 1 p.m. Larry Kilpatrick will be officiating. She was a member of Cox Boulevard Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James C. Gautney, Sr., brothers, Cecil, Ralph, Bill, J.B. and Roy Dorton; sisters, Estelle and Joyce.
She is survived by her sons, James C. Gautney, Jr,(Sherrie) of Muscle Shoals, Daniel E. Gautney (Tamara) of Sheffield, AL, David T. Gautney (Sha) of Sheffield, AL, and Timothy Gautney (Barbara) of Morgantown, NG; six grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
