Lisa June Melanson, age 32 of Jasper, passed away on Thursday, December 15, 2016 at her residence. She was a 2004 graduate of Carbon Hill High School.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 20, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel, with burial at Scott Cemetery. James Gardner will officiate.
Miss Melanson was preceded in death by her Mother-Brenda Kay McCollough of Jasper; Grandmother-Mabel Lowe of Dallas, TX; Grandfather-J.A. Melanson of Lake Charles, LA; Grandmother-Vivian June Cook of Jasper; Grandfather-Millard B. Cook of Jasper; Uncle-Layne B. Cook of Atlanta, GA.
She is survived by her Daughter-Emma Grace Melanson-Hallman of Jasper; Son-Ethan Alexander Melanson-Cummings of Jasper; Sister-Melanie Kay Melanson of Kingston, WA; Father-Malcolm A. Melanson of Hudson, FL.
