Ms. Lisa Jane Howard was born November 19, 1960 to her parents Mr. Billy Wayne Howard and Mrs. Betty Jane Selman Howard in Michigan City, IN. She lived in the Collinwood area and enjoyed the beautiful scenery Wayne County offers. Mrs. Lisa Gail Howard passed from this life on July 26, 2025 at her residence in Collinwood, TN.
She is survived by her son Dustin Wayne Howard; sister Mona Milliken husband Randy; mother Betty Jane Howard all of Collinwood, TN.
She is preceded in death by her father Billy Wayne Howard.
