Funeral services for Lisa Fay Williams Hicks, 54 of Selmer, TN., are set for Friday, April 10, 2026 at 11am at Strickland Church of Christ with interment in Macedonia Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, April 9, 2026 from 5pm-8pm and Friday, April 10, 2026 from 10am until service time at Strickland Church of Christ. Minister Brad Dillingham and Minister Terry Smith will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Brian Hathcock, Skylar Miller, Jerry Burcham, Royce Williams, Andy Williams, Shawn Williams and Caleb Nowell. Born July 1, 1971 in Iuka, MS., Lisa passed from this life on Friday, April 3, 2026 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, TN. She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and her friends. Lisa enjoyed watching Sandford and Sons along with the Golden Girls and drinking sweet tea. She was always helping anyone she could in times of need and she had no filter, always saying what was on her mind. Lisa is survived by her son, Andy Williams (Hannah Leatherwood); daughter, Amber Rose Simmons; honorary daughters, Barbara Austin and Jessica Glisson; grandchildren, James “J.J.” Simmons, Jaxson “Butter Bean” Simmons, Allison “Sassy” Williams and Aiden “Bubby” Williams; her forever friend and truelove, Royce Williams; uncle, Jerry Burcham; cousin, Patricia Dillingham (Stan); other relatives and a host of friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, J. W. and Eula Fay Rose; brother, Larry Rose; aunt: Evelyn Gaines and a very special friend, Shelia Smith.
