Lisa Ann Smith, 44, of Hazel Green passed away Dec. 24, 2014 at her residence. Survivors include her daughter: Heather Hicks and husband: Dewayne; one son: Matt Smith and wife: Judy; her father: Jerry Aycock; one sister: Teresa Stockley and husband: Joe; four grandchildren: Logan Hicks, Kaylee Hicks, Kristen Smith and Michael Smith; her niece: Kayla Pogue and husband: Gary and their children: Landon and Bryson. Visitation will be Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home followed by a Chapel service at 12:00 p.m. with Rev. Henry McPeters officiating. Burial will be in Concord Cemetery.
