Mrs. Linda Stephens, age 72, of Boaz, passed away Thursday, October 18, 2018 at her home.
Her funeral will be Saturday, October 20, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Albertville Memorial Chapel; burial will follow at Rainbow Memorial Gardens. Bro. Keith Cornelius will officiate. Pallbearers will be Amos Abbott, Ethan Stephens, Matthew Scott, Phillip Brewer, Matt Eddy and Dakota Glenn. Honorary Pallbearers will be Billy Blackmon, Talan Brewer, Matt Medders, Blake Stephens, Cameron Vaughn and Carson Vaughn.
Visitation will be Friday evening, from 5 until 8.
She is survived by her husband, Dale Stephens, children, Melony Holland (James), Angie Gillilan (Steve), Kim Smith (Todd), Kristi Stephens, Jeff Stephens (Amy) and Jason Stephens (Lorie), twenty-seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, father, Dennis Johnson, brothers, Harold Johnson (Frances) and Don Johnson (Carolyn), sisters, Lela Smith (Richard) and Betty Cornelius (Keith), special aunt and uncle, Kevin and Geralie Gleason, several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Marguerite Johnson, granddaughter, Jessica Smith, great-grandchildren, Timber and Brody Brewer, mother-in-law and father-in-law, James “Ott” and Sarah Stephens, sons-in-law; Terry HOlland and Dale Abbott.
