Linda Smith, 68 of Athens, passed away Friday, October 2nd, at her residence. She was born on January 7th, 1952 to Grady Hall and Ruby “King” Hall.
Funeral services for Mrs. Smith will be Sunday, October 4th, at 3:00pm at Salem Springs Baptist Church with Lee Brock, Jimmy Corder, and Bro. Kip McKee officiating. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 1:00-3:00pm at the church. Burial will be at Sardis Springs Cemetery.
Mrs. Smith is survived by her husband, Bussy Smith; sisters Susan Brock (Darryl) of Elkmont, and Shirley Adams of Athens; brothers Jerry Hall (Deborah) of Trinity, and Joey Hall (Terri) of Athens; and many nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by her parents.
She attended Salem Springs Baptist Church.
