Linda Ruth Parker Thomason, age 79, of Lavergne, TN, formerly of Greenbrier, passed away Friday, July 29, 2022 at her home. Funeral services will be conducted at 12pm Wednesday, August 3, 2022 in the chapel of Austin & Bell Funeral Home, Greenbrier. Graveside services will be conducted at 3pm Wednesday in the Eulia Church Cemetery in Westmorland, TN.
The family will receive friends from 4-8pm Tuesday, August 2, 2022 and again from 10am until the time of the service at 12pm on Wednesday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Thomason was born December 17, 1942 in Springfield, TN to the late James and Glena Pearl Smiley Parker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Forrest Ray Thomason; and 3 brothers.
Mrs. Thomason is survived by her sons, Mark (Julie) Thomason and Timmy (Miranda) Thomason; daughters, Teresa Davis and Dawn Woodard; 8 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and brothers, John, Jimmy and Jerry Parker.
