Graveside service for Linda Jean Howard Schrimsher, of Decatur, will be Wednesday, July 17, 2019, 2:00 p.m. at Gilliam Springs Baptist Church Cemetery, Arab, with Bro. Jamey Pruett officiating and Shelton Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 16, 2019, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Shelton Funeral Home Chapel.
Ms. Schrimsher, who died Sunday, July 14, 2019, in Arab, was born March 22, 1942, in Madison County to Alvis Walter Howard and Sarah Norine Parsons Howard. She was a management support assistant for NASA. Ms. Schrinsher was preceded in death by her son, Larry Dwayne Boldin; one brother, Bobby Howard; her parents; and four stepsons.
She is survived by one brother, Rev. Jimmy Howard of Arab; seven grandchildren; and several nephews and nieces.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
