The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at Loretto Memorial Chapel with Sammy Wallace officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at Loretto Memorial Chapel. Survivors include: Husband- Billy Spurgeon Sr. of Lawrenceburg, TN; 1 Son- Johnny Earl Kirby of Knoxville, TN; 1 Daughter- Tonya Faith Copeland of Knoxville, TN; 2 Brothers- Paul Thomas and Wade Hannah both of Knoxville, TN; 5 Sisters- Wilma Sue Lawson, Robin Yvonne Harper, Frances Victoria Henegar, Kathey Gene Hannah, & Patricia Genett Hannah all of Knoxville, TN; 8 Granchildren; 2 Great Grandchildren; Preceded in death by: Father- Howard Junior Thomas; Daughter- Sherry Weaver; 1 Grandson- Joshua Weaver
