Lincoln Lieu, 94, of Madison, passed away June 6. Survivors include his wife, Blossom Lieu; son, Richard Lieu; daughter, Karen Wong; grandchildren, Simon Lieu, Ethan Wong and Brandon Wong; and sisters, Betty Wong and Jennifer Chang.
The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 22 at Laughlin Service Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Madison Memory Gardens.
