Lillian Edna Vernon Seago, age 87, of Sheffield, died Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2014. Visitation will be Saturday, noon-1 p.m., at Morrison Funeral Home of Tuscumbia. Her funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Bill Bedsole officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Sheffield.
Mrs. Seago was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Sheffield, and was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar Seago.
She is survived by her nephews, Ronald Vernon and Ray Vernon; niece, Sandi Vernon Chapman; stepchildren, Debbie Seago and Larry Seago; and several great-nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be family.
Morrison Funeral Home of Tuscumbia is directing.
