Mrs. Lillian Crossley White, age 91 of Vernon, AL, passed away Monday, October 17, 2016, at Generations of Vernon.
Mrs. White was born March 3, 1925, in Lamar Co., AL, to the late Andrew and Vera Crossley. She was a homemaker and was married to the late James P. White. Mrs. White was also preceded death by her brothers, J.B. Crossley and John E. Crossley.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2:00 in the chapel of Chandler Funeral Home with Tony Gallop officiating. Burial will follow at Furnace Hill. Visitation will be Wednesday 1-2 prior to the service.
Survivors include one daughter, Linda (Tom) Reeves Walden of Vernon, AL; one son, Jerry (Vickie) White of Millport, AL; four grandchildren, Todd (Grace) Reeves of Vernon, AL, Candace (Wesley) Westbrook of Vernon, AL, Kari (Scott) Carrouth of Beaverton, AL, and Jodi (Chris) Turner of Dadeville, AL; ten great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Violet Crossley Hollis of Vernon, AL; and a host of nieces, nephews, and in-laws.*
