Lila M. Miller, of Houston, TX, died at Seven Acres Jewish Senior Care Nursing Home, Houston, TX. She was 90 years old. Born February 15, 1929, in Tuscumbia, AL, she is one of 11 children born to Frank and Annie (Rikard) Miller.
She was active in the Bellaire Central Baptist Church, Bellaire, TX. She was preceded in death by her parents and nine siblings: sisters, Doris Gilbert, Little Rock, AR; Peggy Fortenberry, Florence, AL; Marjorie Robson, Apex, NC and Gretna, LA; Betty Gail Nelson, Murfreesboro, TN; Martha Nell Martin, Huntsville, AL; Kaye Hinson, Mabelvale, AR and brothers, Stanley Miller, Glencoe, AR; Bobby Ray Miller, Augusta, GA; Frank Wayne Miller, Madison, AL.
She is survived by her sister, Maxine Miller McIntosh, 2 Hillcrest Road Apt. 1, Foxborough, MA 02035.
Lila was retired from Southwestern Bell Telephone Company where she worked for many years.
Private interment at Guy Cemetery, 270 Willingham Hill Rd., Tuscumbia, AL.
