Lidora Louise Johnson Satterfield Lidora Johnson Satterfield was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses on March 18, 1972.

She was preceded in death by her parents Ervin and Leanna Parker, her brothers Thaddeus and Ervin Jr, sister Lucy Wright and her son Charles Johnson Jr.

Her love for Jehovah and for people was evident from the start. Her love for people was not just talking but sharing Bible truths with them in her ministry which included learning Spanish to use in her ministry. In all of the places she made home she had spiritual friends she spent time within the ministry. This includes sharing with them in the ministry, worship and vacationing. Those who knew were aware of her hobbies which included artwork, ceramics and sewing. With a career in nursing for over 30 years it was evident of her desire to help others, especially her family. It was a pleasure to receive handmade gifts from her.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of 14 years, James Satterfield, sister Gloria Bell, daughter Leanna Rogers, son Anthony Turner, grandchildren nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends

A memorial service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Sunday, January 05, 2025, at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 2978 County Road 48, Russellville, AL
