Lewis C. Slaten, 81 of Double Springs, passed away June 2, 2022 at Hendrix Health and Rehabilitation.
He was born on February 26, 1941.
A visitation will be held on Monday, June 6, 2022 from 10am until 11am at Addison Church of God with the service following at 11am. Brother Rodney Ridgeway will officiate.
Lewis is survived by his wife, Ann Slaten; and step sons, Tony Hunter and Tracy Adair.
