Lettora Bryant Smith, 91, Phil Campbell, passed away on Thursday, August 29, 2013 at her residence.
The visitation will be 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Friday, August 30, 2013 at Spry Memorial Chapel. The funeral will follow in the chapel at 1:30 p.m. Bro. Curtis Taylor and Bro. Bill Woodall will be officiating at the service. Burial will be at Oak Grove Cemetery, Russellville.
She is survived by her sons, Horace Smith (wife, Linda), James Smith (wife, Reba), Junior Smith; 9 grandchildren, Alan Smith (wife, Melissa), Sherry Smith (husband, Rod), Kerry Smith (wife, Susan), Michael Smith, Eric Smith, Rodney Smith (wife, Anita), Cassie Cummings, Angel Quillen (husband, Toby); 7 great-grandchildren, Jared Smith, Alana Winder (husband, Mike), Alissa Smith (husband, Don), Daniel Smith, Matthew Smith, Andrew Smith, Carrie Ann; 2 great-great-grandchildren, Alia Smith, Carmen Smith; brother & sisters-in-laws, Barbara & Howard Sullivan, Holice & Mary Smith; and a host of nieces & nephews.
She was preceded in death by husband, Joseph Hubert Smith; parents, Riley & Dovie Bryant; granddaughter, Michelle Smith; and her brothers & sisters.
The pallbearers will be Alan Smith, Kerry Smith, Michael Smith, Eric Smith, Rod Smith, and Jared Smith. The honorary pallbearers will be Daniel Smith, Andrew Smith, Matthew Smith, Toby Quillen, Calvin Borden, Leon Ergle, and Shannon Jones.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to all who came by to give a word of encouragement to us at this hard time, thanks for all the food and especially for your time; your smile and kind words meant a lot to us. We will never forget you. Also, to Southern Care Hospice……Thank you. Calvin and Leon, you went above and beyond to help this family, Thank you.
