Letha Billie Jean Dover, age 87, of Leoma, TN passed away Thursday, April 11, 2019 at NHC Healthcare of Lawrenceburg. She was a native of the Idaho Community, a homemaker, and of the Baptist Faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward Osteen and Donie Murrell Kelton; her husband, Guy Samuel Dover; and one daughter, Margaret Smithers.
Surviving are sons, John Dover of Madison, TN and Barry Dover of Leoma, TN; daughters, Linda Dover of Idaho Falls, ID and Brenda Dover of Mt. Pleasant, TN; sister, Claristeen King of Winter Haven, FL; and three grandchildren.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday, April 15, 2019 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Tuesday, April 16, 2019. Interment will follow at Union Hill Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN.
