Leslie C. Burrus, Jr., 89, of Waterloo, AL passed away Thursday, November 21, 2019. A private family memorial service will be at a later date.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Leslie and Charlsie Calishaw Burrus; sister, Charlsie Mai Burrus Williams; nephew, James “J.B.” Williams
He is survived by his loving wife, Judy Ann Raper Burrus of 46 years; daughters, Emily Burrus Lansford (Ronnie), J. Brandy Burrus Bullis , and Leslie C. Burrus Zabel (Shawn); sons, John L. Burrus, Clay A. Burrus (Jean), and Joel S. Burrus; grandchildren, Joshua C. Livingston, Dallas S. Livingston, E. Sage Burrus, Jordan Burrus Olmos, K. Alex Bullis, Lauren A. Zabel, and Nikolas J. Bullis; great grandchildren, Hagen J. Livingston, Lilly E. Livingston, Siena S. Olmos, H. Ximena Olmos, Brooks E. Olmos, and Phoenix M. Calderón; special nieces, Linda Williams Kemp, Judy Williams Wilson, and Libby Williams Gregory; and special fur baby, Meggie.
