Leonard Randolph Linville – Obituary

 Leonard Randolph Linville, 63, of Florence, was promoted Monday, August 27, 2012.

 

Visitation will be Thursday, August 30, 2012 from 12 – 1 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home with the funeral service beginning at 1 p.m. in Greenview Memorial Chapel.  Officiating will be Brothers Henry Melton, Tommy James, and Mike Nash. Burial will follow in Greenview Memorial Park.

 

Mr. Linville was a US Army Vietnam veteran, a long-time employee at Culpepper’s Bakery, and a member of the Faith Church.

 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Carver R. Linville and Gladys Whitten Linville; brothers-in-law, Don Jackson and Noah Springer.

 

Survivors include a brother, Bobby (Deb); sisters, Lucy Tate, Linda Singleton (Bobby Ray), Ruby Jackson Murdock, Lessie Hodges (Johnny), Barbara Springer Oliver; aunts, uncles, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and loving friends.

 

Nephews will serve as pallbearers.

 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of the Shoals, Veterans Administration, or Elder Care Services.
