Mr. Leon Patrick Jahnke, age 77 of Hartselle, died Saturday August 10, 2013. His service will be Tuesday August 13, 2013 at 3:00pm at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Hartselle City Cemetery and Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Monday August 12, 2013 from 6:00-8:00pm at Peck Funeral Home. Mr. Jahnke was born March 17, 1936 to Samuel Jahnke and Gertrude Weatherholt Jahnke in Michigan. He was employed by the Chrysler Corporation. Mr. Jahnke was preceded in death by his parents and 1 Sister Joann Jahnke. He is survived by 3 Sons: Sam Jahnke of Hartselle, Al. David Jahnke of Hartselle, Al. Joe Jahnke of Michigan. 2 Daughters: Nancy Jahnke Smith of Florida Doranna Jahnke Dimitro of Tennessee 3 Brothers: Sam Jahnke of Oklahoma. Jerry Jahnke of Georgia. Chuck Jahnke of Huntsville, Al. 6 Grandchildren. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
