Leon “Bud” Winn, age 86 of Hartselle, died Thursday September 26, 2013 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. He was born July 20, 1927, in Morgan County to Earnest Richard Winn and Dezzie L. Woodall Wynn. Mr. Wynn was retired from Continental Canning Company where he worked as an electrician. He was a member of several unions. He was a Mason for over 50 years. He was a member of Oak Ridge Methodist Church. Mr. Wynn was preceded in death by his wife Janie Wynn. Preceded by 2 Sons Johnny L. Wynn and Danny Wynn. Preceded by 1 Daughter Claudia Dones.
Funeral Service will be 1:00pm Sunday September 29, 2013 at Peck Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Tom Elder will officiate. Visitation will be from 12:00pm Sunday until Service Time. Interment will follow in Oak Ridge Cemetery.
Survivors include 7 Grandchildren and their families.
Grandchildren are Jeff, Melissa, Paul, Danny, Sean, Renee and Michelle.
