Mrs. Lena Faithann Tate, age 53, passed away on Thursday, July 10, 2025 in Decaturville. She was born June 28, 1972 in Henderson County to the late Noah Ray Powers and Bonnie Clenney.
Survivors include her husband of 34 years, Mr. Marty Tate; two sons, Frank Tate and Billy Tate; three brothers, Ernest, George, and Steven Powers; and five grandchildren, Luke, Lilly, and Laken Tate, Rileigh Cunningham, and Amelia Hollingsworth.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2 PM, Tuesday, July 15, 2025, in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home in Scotts Hill. Interment will follow in Judson Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 9 AM – 2 PM.
