Leland Ray Musgrave, age 83, of Tuscumbia, originally of Burnt Prarie, Illinois, died Saturday, March 14, 2015. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 18, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral service will Thursday, at 1:00 p.m., in the funeral home chapel with Brother Danny Russell officiating. Burial will follow in Colbert Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Musgrave retired from Cut Stone in Russellville. He was a member of Burnt Prarie Baptist Church in Illinois. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gilbert and Ruth Musgrave; sister, Dorothy Yates Mowry; brothers, Dallas Musgrave, Allen Musgrave, and Chuck Musgrave; and two grandbabies, Gary Randall Musgrave and Ricky Don Aday Jr.
Survivors include his wife, Pauline Nelson Musgrave; sons, Gary Musgrave, Tony Musgrave, and Tim Musgrave; daughters, Diane Aday (Ricky) and Reba Michael (Tim); sister, Jane Sharp (Dale); brothers, Coil Musgrave (Phyllis) and Wilburn Musgrave; eight grandchildren, Amy, Nick, Chris, Jemery, William, Jessica, Kayla, and Zackery; sixteen great grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers wil be Jeff Musgrave, Gary Rotell, Mike Wagnon, Pat Wagnon, Jessie May, and Andy Berry.
The family expresses special gratitude to Dr. Ronald McCoy and Southern Care Hospice, Felicia, Dawn, Cindy, Danny, Fran, and Sandra.
