Mrs. Lee Edna Rankin, age 68, a resident of Columbia, passed away Sunday, March 24, 2019 at Alive Hospice in Nashville.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2019 at 11AM at Heritage Funeral Home with Tom Robinson officiating. A visitation will also be held on Saturday, April 13th from 10-11AM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
Born on August 12, 1950 in Shelbyville, KY, Lee was the daughter of the late Edward L. Hill and the late Lee Ellen Shanklin Hill. She worked as an accountant for General Motors and was a former member of Mt. Lebanon Missionary Baptist Church. She enjoyed bowling, fishing, crocheting, and knitting.
She is survived by her husband: Todd Ferguson of Columbia; son: Lamont Rankin of Maryland; daughters: Yvette Tolliver of Nashville, Nicole Rankin of Columbia, Lorraine Rankin of Columbia; brothers: Jerry Hill of Louisville, KY, Jimmy Hill of Louisville, KY; and four grandchildren.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her brother: Virgil Woods.
