THE SHOALS – The Shoals Chamber of Commerce will offer its annual Leadership Shoals program beginning August 4, 2015. This program has established the leadership skills of more than 500 companies in the Shoals for over 25 years. Leadership Shoals is a nine-month curriculum where participants can develop and hone leadership skills.
This leadership development program is an opportunity to better understand and appreciate the Shoals community. Individuals learn valuable tools in order to enrich the community by learning specifics of the area including its history, current status and the future. Not only does this provide an excellent networking opportunity, it is also a means to develop lifelong relationships in the Shoals.
A recent graduate of the program stated, “I can say that it exceeded my expectations. I love the program and will support it however I can in the future.”
In order to be eligible for the program, you must be a member of the Shoals Chamber of Commerce or represent a company that is a Chamber member.
