Lawrence “Larry” Crosby, of Ardmore, Alabama went to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 25, 2025, in Ardmore, Alabama.
Larry was born on Saturday, February 20, 1937, to Mr. Walter Crosby and Mrs. Theo Marie Dailey Crosby in Ionia County, Odessa Township, Michigan
He spent the last 21 years of his life in Ardmore, Alabama. He owned Quality Press Repair after almost 30 years in the business. Larry began his career at Bliss in Hastings, Michigan, then he worked at L&J (Press Parts) in Elkhart, Indiana before opening his own company.
He was of the Pentecostal faith. He sang in a quartet, worked for the Lord as a Youth Minister, Layman Pastor, as well as with the Gideons. He was an avid Alabama fan, Roll Tide!
He was preceded in death by wife of 63 years, Charlene Crosby, both of his parents, one son, Andrew Bryan Crosby, two brothers, as well as his two sisters.
Larry is survived by one son, Cameron B. (Karen) Crosby of Elkhart, Indiana, one daughter, Nicole Marie Crosby of Ardmore, Alabama, five grandchildren: Mitchell Birr, Courtney Neal, Tiffany Crosby, Anna Crosby Jaroch and Daniel Crosby.
The family will be having a private burial.
Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home will be assisting the family with services.
