MORGAN COUNTY-Sheriff Ana Franklin made this statement regarding the arrest of Samuel Lewis Wilhite, 30 of Lawrence County:
Lawrence county resident, Samuel Lewis Wilhite, white male, 30 years old, was arrested on January 7, 2014 and placed in the Morgan county jail, charged with three misdemeanor charges of “harassment,” “indecent exposure”, and “trespassing in the third degree.”Morgan county sheriff’s investigators from the special victims unit, (SVU), arrested Mr. Samuel Wilhite after completing several months of investigating complaints from Hartselle residents. Mr. Samuel Lewis Wilhite was then identified as the offender from the Hartselle residents and was arrested on the three incidents of inappropriate sexually related behaviors toward a female resident in Hartselle.
Bond was set at $8,000.00

Mrs Franklin doesnt know everything. If she so worried about the woman of Morgan County then she needs to take care of back child support matters.
