Laverne Mitchell, 90, died Friday, Jan. 17, 2014. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. today at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral will be 3 p.m. Sunday at Sunnyside Church of God, with burial in Community Cemetery.

I am so sorry to hear of Sis. Mitchell’s passing. I know that she lived many years as a servant to God and now is with Him in heaven. I pray for comfort to her family because she will be greatly missed. God bless you all.
