LAUDERDALE COUNTY-The Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Office received a report that an inappropriate relationship was occurring between Jodie Rogers and a juvenile victim in Lauderdale County.
During the investigation, a cellular device belonging to Jodie Rogers was forensically analyzed and found to contain seventy

(70) images of child sexual abuse material in violation of 13A-12-192(b). Additionally, text messages were discovered during the analysis of the device showing that Jodie Rogers solicited sexual acts and images from the juvenile victim in violation of 13A-6-122.
Jodie Rogers was arrested on October 21, 2025 and charged with Possession of Obscene Matter of Persons Under 17 and Electronic Solicitation of a Child. He posted a bond of $125,000.00.
The Sheriff’s Office does not control bond amounts.
All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
