Lauderdale County D.A. cracks down on bad check writers

FLORENCE – Lauderdale County District Attorney, Chris Connolly says that people who write bad checks should pay up, or show up in the Judicial System. His office, which protects businesses and individuals from those who would defraud them by writing worthless checks, is continuing its enforcement procedures. Persons who have written bad checks should contact the District Attorney’s Office immediately to make arrangements for payment before facing harsher punishment. They may reach Connolly’s office at 256.764.6351.
