LAUDERDALE COUNTY-On 10/14/2025 deputies arrested Pamela Faye

Rich, 46, Tuscumbia and Shane Duane Staggs, 44, Tuscumbia after they were intercepted attempting to sale stolen merchandise from a storage unit in Lexington.
Investigators learned that Staggs and Rich were attempting to sale stolen merchandise over Facebook Market Place. Investigators and

deputies orchestrated a plan to capture the subjects during the sale. As the subjects arrived at the storage unit they were taken into custody by investigators and deputies from our Night B patrol shift. It was also discovered that Staggs and Rich arrived to the scene in a stolen vehicle. All other stolen merchandise has been recovered.
Staggs and Rich are both currently in the Lauderdale County Detention Center each charged with 2 counts of Theft of Property 1st with bonds of $60,000. More charges are pending.
All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
