Services for Latitia Arnett Cowan, 51, of Decatur, Alabama will be 11:00AM Monday in Reynolds Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Rose Allen officiating. Inhumation will follow in Galilee Baptist Church Cemetery. The body will lie in repose one hour prior to service. Public viewing will be Sunday from 1:30PM until 5:00PM at Reynolds Funeral Home. Mrs. Cowan transitioned on November 11, 2022, at the Decatur General Campus of Decatur Morgan Hospital.
