Larry Whitworth Derryberry of Cornersville passed away on January 23, 2016 at NHC Healthcare in Pulaski. He was born in Fort Worth , TX on June 15, 1944 and was 71 years old.
He loved his children. He was a life long walking horse trainer and was on the Board of Directors at the Five Points Volunteer Fire Department. He loved to go coon hunting, dogs, and to cook.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 26th from 5:00pm until 6:00pm with a memorial service following in the chapel of Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home.
Memorial suggestions are asked to be made to the Five Point Fire Department or to Leg Up.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Zollie Oval and Wilma Whitworth Derryberry, son, Tommy Derryberry, and brothers, Zollie Derryberry Jr. and Harold Derryberry.

Daughter, Dee Ann (Todd) Derryberry Birch of Fort Wayne, IN
Daughter-in-law, Harloene Johnston of Pulaski
Companion, Melissa Davis of Cornersville and her son Jack Heath
Mother of his children, Paula Derryberry
Grandchildren, Cody (Lianna) Derryberry, Cole Derryberry, Collin Derryberry, Carson Birch, Maclayne Birch, Cade Birch, Chance Derrberry, Jase Derryberry, Angelina Johnston
Great Granddaughter, Avonlea Derryberry
Several nieces and nephews are also survived.
